I also found myself contemplating those 5 bad 5 good things about ourselves and your comment that we haven't grown much if the 5 bad stay the same. Firstly, I think it would depend on how often we do this exercise, yes? LOL Secondly, I find that if a person is true to themselves, they rarely change on the intrinsic things, good, bad or ugly.
